Bionic Wines

Bionic Wines is the family for the brands of world-renowned vigneron, Christophe Baron. Starting with the critically acclaimed Cayuse Vineyards located in the Stones of the Walla Walla Valley, he championed “closed circle” farming and biodynamic farming methods. Bionic Wines has expanded to include four other brands – Horsepower Vineyards, No Girls Wines, Hors Catégorie Vineyards, and Champagne Christophe Baron. All these brands are brought together under Christophe’s essential principle of uncompromising quality, realized through hard work in the vineyards, a light touch in the cellar, and an unwavering commitment to his terroirs that allows each site and variety to shine in unparalleled ways.
