Event closing: after dinner on Thursday 22 June Napa Valley.
You can choose from seven different roundtable options. Each guest will be involved in one roundtable. Please indicate your first and second choices below. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Winery visit options
Hosting ARENI Live in California gives us the opportunity to explore important issues relating to the future of fine wine, while being in two of the world’s most exciting fine wine regions.
Attendees will attend one winery visit on Wednesday 21st of June in Sonoma Valley, and one winery visit on Thursday 22nd of June in Napa Valley.
Please indicate your first and second choices below for each day. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Kindly note that this programme may still be subject to slight change.

Transport during event
We are organising complimentary transport during the event, starting on Tuesday evening with the journey from the opening venue back to the Sonoma Valley Inn, and ending with the return journey to the Sonoma Valley Inn after the closing dinner.

Accommodation & Transfers
We have made a block booking at preferential rates at the Sonoma Valley Inn, 550 2nd St W, Sonoma, CA 95476. Information about those rates and how to secure the blocked rooms, as well as further accommodation options, will be sent separately.
We ask that delegates make their own way to the event opening. Details of available public and private transportation will be sent separately, including some negotiated preferential rates.
