Katie Canfield

A native Californian, in 2009, Katie moved to Spain then to Dijon, France, where she earned her MSc degree in Wine Business, then to the UK to join wine retailer Hangingditch Wine Merchants, also contributing articles regularly to leading trade publication Harpers Wine and Spirit. Since her move back to California , she’s worked in marketing and communications for international wineries through importer Wilson Daniels, Paul Hobbs Wines and now O’Donnell Lane, driving communications and strategic planning. She is co-host of the podcast Wined Up Weekly – a weekly digest winding up all the top news stories in the world of wine – and current co-organizer of the women in wine conference, Bâtonnage Forum.
