Jason discovered his love for wine during his college semester abroad in Florence followed by a summer hospitality internship at Maialino. After graduation from business school, Jason changed his career path and started busing tables at Eleven Madison Park to expand his beverage education.
Jason joined the Blue Hill New York team in 2016 to fulfill his passion for wine and moved through the different front of house positions before becoming a Sommelier. In December 2017, Jason transitioned from Head Sommelier to Wine Director at Blue Hill New York.
Before assuming his current role, Jason spent time gaining hands-on experience through working harvest at Marquis D’Angerville in Burgundy.
